live your fullest life until your very last breath

Living in a death and grief avoidant culture can generate unnecessary fear and stigmatize the end of life. This can not only prevent us from mindfully planning for ourselves and our loved ones, but also robs of the power of finding meaning and peace in the sacred rite of passage that is death.

By reorienting ourselves to the idea of a sacred and meaningful death, we reclaim our power and our purpose, and therefore live our fullest life until our very last breath.

A death doula is a non medical, non clinical professional that is trained in providing emotional, spiritual, and physical support for the dying leading up to, during and after death. They lovingly guide you through the dying process while helping to hold space and boundaries for you, providing deep and active listening, offering grief support, assisting with ritual work & ceremony creation, assisting you as you prepare for the end of life journey, and helping you to know that dying is just as natural as living, as are all the thoughts, feelings and senses that come with it.
